• Over the last 7 years, Joseph has successfully launched one of Zambia’s fastest growing micro finances and outsourcing operation in Africa for accounting and technical support services.
• Served as Finance Director at The Flyfisher Group, asset management and investment firm based in Colorado, managing a portfolio of 85+ entities.

Osa Aihie
Chief Operating Officer, Co-Founder
• Extensive experience scaling and launching venture-backed startups in positions across the C-Suite, focusing on operational efficiency, growth strategy, and systems implementation.
• Worked with public and private entities to co-develop Blended Capital models geared towards helping underrepresented entrepreneurs in the US access venture capital investment.

Joe Lopez
Career Diplomat & Africa Strategic Advisor
• In his last role as the Minister Counselor for the USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), Joseph specialized in agribusiness development throughout Africa and Latin America.
• In 2009, Joseph helped to negotiate an agreement from FAS’s Santiago, Chile office, for U.S. poultry into Chile reaching $18 million USD in sales annually.
• Joseph currently independently advises governments, chambers of commerce and business on public policy, market analysis and agribusiness strategy.

Norbert Haguma
Senior Associate
• Possesses extensive expertise in fintech management, evidenced by a successful tenure as Country Manager for SPENN Rwanda and current role as Africa Expansion Manager at Syber Group.
• Proven entrepreneurial prowess through the founding and management of multiple tech startups in Asia and Africa, consistently identifying and seizing market opportunities.
• Vocal advocate for the advancement of technology in Africa, actively involved in policy discussions related to technology and finance, and currently chairs the Rwandan Blockchain Association.
• Committed angel investor in Rwanda since 2019 and a member of the Business Angels Rwanda network, with a strategic emphasis on empowering nascent startups that contribute to building the African Digital Economy.
